Air Fare: While Palm Springs Airport is the most convenient it is also the most expensive. There are several other airports within a couple hours drive where you might find fares more reasonable. In each case it is an easy direct drive to Palm Springs. However, try not to arrive or depart during rush hour.

The cheapest airfares are available starting now. The earlier you book the more you save.

Check for fares on the weekend. That‘s when the airlines are most apt to post their discounts.

Car Rentals: We are hoping to be able to offer you a discount on your car rental should you drive into Palm Springs or get a car here. We will keep you advised.

Around Palm Springs: The hotel is in the heart of downtown and you can walk most places. We will provide free shuttle service to our events held outside the hotel that are not within walking distance.

Airport Transfers: We offer free shuttle service to and from the Palm Springs Airport and inexpensive limited service from Ontario Airport for $25 per person each way.
